Taco Bell:

a) 8,38 Mio Likes, 127.000 talking about Taco Bell
b) People are talking about the company and sharing their experiences. It will increase taco bells
awareness in the community and that again reflects in an increasing number of new customers.
c) It's very effective because of its interface, the game, cravinator and the design. It is easy to understand and guarantee you a fast look on their menu and fun because of the game and the cravinator.
2. Strongest: Facebook - Facebook is a good platform with many users. Taco Ball also created a better design than their youtube account has.
Weakest: Youtube - It's the weakest because of the bad design and the fact that they're not that active on youtube. They created the account 8 years ago and posted since then only 20 videos.
3. They should try to improve their commercials and give the other cultures something with which they can identify.

Measuring ROI of social media marketing
1) Determine the key figures:
Most of the time it's hard to measure customer loyalty, customer retention or the increase of attention. The problem with this key figures is their measurability: figures such as the loyalty of you customers are hard to determine and there is a lot of space for other interpretations.
For example your
campaign goal could be to increase "influence" and you might measure
this by the number of influential blogs linking to you and the number of
influential twitters retweeting you.

If the points above mentioned are defined clearly, it is time to implement the strategy. It is necessary to track the strategy during the beginning. Then you can review the indicators and targets. You'll have time to optimize or direct the campaign if something went wrong. In

Importance of social media marketing for organizations and for yourself
a) Discuss why is social media an important part
of an organization’s marketing strategy?
It is very important for organizations because they can reach their customers very easily and they can get them a feeling of consistency. It is also very easy to advertise in the internet especially on social media platforms. Some companies use such platforms also as a way to get customers complaints and they deal with them on the same platform.
b) Why it is important
to market yourself?
It's is easy and you can reach many people because you are in the internet. Just a few clicks and you get the attention from a few people. If you're doing good they will spread your blog/tweet/facebook page, whatever, and you'll get more and more attention and maybe finally becoming a brand.
c) How can you build
your brand online?
I don't know I thought I would learn something like that in the social media marketing course.
But I think one big thing to build a brand is being interesting and delivering a good content to the viewer.

Explain why you are taking this class:
I'm taking this class to learn more about social media marketing and the different strategies companies can apply in their marketing campaign. Besides that I think social media is getting more and more important in the economy. Some companies are already using some social media platforms but some do have a deficit in this part of business.
b) Discusses what you hope to get out
of it:
I hope to learn some techniques or strategies to apply social media successful in a marketing campaign.
c) How you plan to apply what you
learn in this class:
As soon as I work again in my company, I will try to figure out what kind and how intense we're using social media by now. If there is something to optimize I will try my best to apply social media in my company.
